A very cloudy day with very few clear spells. The gaps in the cloud tended to be very hazy. Despite the conditions I took the Solarscope out to do a quick sunspot count. |

Through the Solarscope I could still see active areas 885 and 886. I counted a total of 4 visible spots, 2 in area 885 and 2 in area 886. Area 885 appeared to be less complex than yesterday's observation. |
